PrepLingo Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Registration

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing login details or allowing others to access an account is not permitted. PrepLingo is not responsible for any unauthorized use of user accounts.

3. User Conduct

Users must maintain respectful and professional conduct with instructors, staff, and other students. Cheating, misuse of the platform, recording sessions without permission, sharing course materials, or engaging in disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Suspension or Termination

PrepLingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions or misuses the platform, courses, or services.

5. Course Fees and Payment

All course fees must be paid through the official payment methods provided by PrepLingo. Enrollment in a course is confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a scheduled class or session is not conducted by the assigned instructor. In such cases, users may request either a rescheduled session or a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@preplingo.com within 7 days of the missed session.

Refunds are not provided for personal inability to attend, change of mind, or missed classes.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, exercises, worksheets, notes, learning materials, and other resources, is the intellectual property of PrepLingo. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, record, share, or misuse any course content without written permission from PrepLingo.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

PrepLingo may collect and use personal information for course delivery, communication, support, and service improvement purposes. Users agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with PrepLingo’s Privacy Policy.

9. Educational Disclaimer

PrepLingo provides educational guidance, training, and learning support but does not guarantee specific exam scores, results, admissions, job outcomes, or other achievements. User performance depends on individual effort, preparation, participation, and consistency.

10. Changes to Courses and Services

PrepLingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, service, feature, schedule, instructor arrangement, or platform function at any time.

11. Updates to Terms and Conditions

PrepLingo may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of PrepLingo’s website, platform, courses, or services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Users agree not to initiate legal proceedings against PrepLingo without first attempting to resolve the dispute directly and in good faith.
